Scope of This Policy

This Cookie Policy describes how N3W uses cookies and similar technologies on the public marketing website served at n3w.io (and related marketing pages on the same deployment), including pages such as the home page, directory, pricing, and legal pages.

The N3W native mobile app and signed-in product experiences are covered separately in our Privacy Policy. This policy does not describe cookies used only inside the native app or legacy web-app surfaces that are not part of the current public marketing site.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage (data kept in your browser until you clear it) and scripts loaded by our hosting or analytics providers.

How We Use Cookies

On the public marketing website, we use cookies and similar storage to:

• Remember your cookie choices (required for the consent banner)
• Measure site usage when you opt in to analytics cookies
• Operate and secure the site through our hosting provider (see below)

We do not use Google Analytics (_ga) on this marketing site.

Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These are required to store your cookie consent decision. They cannot be turned off in our banner while still using the site.

Analytics (optional — off by default)

Loaded only if you choose Accept All or enable Analytics Cookies in preferences.

Hosting analytics (not controlled by the cookie banner)

Our Next.js deployment includes Vercel Web Analytics in the site layout. It provides aggregate page-view and performance metrics. It may use first-party cookies or similar storage according to Vercel's privacy policy. This is separate from optional Umami analytics above.

Marketing & personalization toggles

Our consent banner lets you opt in or out of marketing and personalization categories. Those choices are stored in n3w_cookie_consent. Today, the public marketing site does not load additional advertising or personalization scripts based on those toggles; they are reserved for future marketing-site features and are off unless you enable them.

Third-Party Services

Professional application (Stripe Identity)

If you start a professional application on n3w.io (for example via /apply), identity verification is handled by Stripe Identityon Stripe's domains. Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies during that flow. We do not control Stripe's cookies. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Browsing the marketing site without starting a professional application does not use Stripe checkout or consumer payment cookies.

Error monitoring (Sentry)

In production deployments (not local development or typical preview deploys unless explicitly enabled), we may use Sentry to capture errors and performance issues. Sentry is initialized in our application code and may use cookies or similar storage on production hosts. See Sentry's privacy policy.

Authentication (not used for casual browsing)

The marketing site is intended for public browsing. We do not set NextAuth session cookies or require sign-in to view marketing pages. If you navigate to separate signed-in product URLs on another host, different cookies may apply as described in the Privacy Policy.

When you first visit n3w.io in a browser, you may see a cookie preferences panel with:

• Accept All: Enables analytics, marketing, and personalization storage flags
• Decline All / essential only: Keeps only necessary consent storage; analytics (including Umami) stays off
• Customize: Choose categories before saving

Change preferences later

You can update choices anytime via Manage cookie settings on this page, or by clearing n3w_cookie_consent in your browser and revisiting the site to see the banner again.

Native mobile app

The N3W iOS app does not show this website banner. App data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary consent storage may cause the cookie banner to reappear on each visit.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
